I haven't seen ya around here lately and wanted to let you know you are missed.

Hi Karen and Shawn,
I am fine. I have been preoccupied with some other things recently. But that is over so I should be around here much more often.
Welcome Shawn to your moderating position> If I can ever be of any help let me know. and you Karen, as new assistant administrator, I am certain you well be a great asset to the board in that role, in the same way as you have been a great asset to the board as a moderator and benzo reduction adviser.
I am doing fine as I said, and Jana's scientifically oriented benzo reduction method has served me well. From 6 mgs klonopin to 2.5xxx mgs
with no side effects or withdrawal symptoms.
After viewing some of the blood curdling methods or reduction being propagated by some of the "big benzo sites" and the extent to which their patrons are suffering, I am grateful and feel honored to be associated with this site. You can expect to see a bit more of me around here in the days to come.

John, I am very happy to hear you are doing well. That is great. You have cut away a nice chunk so far! I just began today ..my first cut! Kind of felt like christmas morning!
I am happy to be a part of the moderating team, I look forward to getting to know you better :)

Ob John, so glad you posted, I was going to call you today if you hadn;t,I was really worried! If your gonna be away you gotta post saying you are gonna be away.....LOL
I am so glad you are ok and still plugging along with your reduction.
I wish I could have started in a good place like you did, it sure makes all the difference, huh?
Glad to see you and to know you will be around here more, you are needed.
